For first time ever, during the initial phase of Operation Iraqi Freedom A-10s flew urban close air support missions. Here's some related stuff, already published on the web:
With their 30mm GAU-8/A Avenger cannon an A-10 is engaging the Iraqi Ministry of Planning at Baghdad. Never seen before that an A-10 hit a city building.
